IML solution
There are many  technical details in iml-solution, but one of the best important technical in iml-solution is
how to make the label adhered to exact position in a plasitc injection molding.

 
Usually, there are two way to keep labels to injection plastic molding:

-Hold the label in mould by acuum.
Design and manufacture the mould with a vacuum point hole.When robot put the label into mould cavity, opening
vacuum pump,the label will be adhered to ideal position. The plastic injection molding cost will be increased if using
acuum in iml- solution, because the plastic injection molding should be designed and manufactured special for
vacuum.

-Hold the label in mould by static electricity.

The gripper in robot system will get label from label magnize.and then send label into mould cavity, when label near
to mould surface,the static electricity will be added into label.then the gripper send  label to designated position,and
release vacuum, the label be adhered into mould cavity by static electricity.

In iml-soultion process,Holding the label by static electricity will be used more and more widely. it is stable but the
cost will lower.it is no need the vacuum in mould cavity.

Some times, people will put the label by handle for iml- solution, but it is not economical, it is unreliable and waste l
abor,also will increase the cycle time,reduce daily output.
